Stour Valley Estates is a family run company, built up over a period of nearly 20 years.

Developing and investing in a range of retail, office, residential, restaurant and business space property.

The Company has an excellent track record of providing quality accommodation in a range of locations in town, out of town centres and in rural locations.

We are one of the few companies to have speculatively developed commercial business space in the recent past.Therefore we are able to quickly react and respond to business needs in terms of providing business space for small and large organisations.

Stour Valley has a full design, construction and project management team with an excellent track record for delivering quality, cost effective premises on time.

We have successfully completed a number of Design and Build projects building bespoke business premises for a range of companies and organisations including catering, distribution, engineering, educational special needs and car showrooms.

Our occupiers include a wide range of local businesses, national and international companies.

We pride ourselves on building excellent, long standing relationships with our occupiers and understand the importance of back to back relationships.

We manage all our properties ourselves and know all our occupiers personally.

The Future

We are interested in acquiring new properties for development, re-generation and refurbishment. We also have a requirement for investments across all property types and sectors with a value of £1m to £15m in a single lot.
