Station Approach, Chilham

Chilham Country Park comprises the former Chilham Saw Mills site and an area on Station Approach. The site is situated 5.5 miles east of Canterbury, Kent on a prominent junction between the A28 Canterbury to Ashford and the A252 to Charing and Maidstone. Chilham railway station is very close, with connecting high speed services to London and the continent via Ashford.

The area to the right of the site is approximately 1 acre and has been divided into six smaller industrial units to provide local storage, display and workshop uses.

Unit 1 has been taken by South View Koi Ltd who specialise in the supply of commercial and domestic aquatic requirements for parks and gardens. Unit 2 has been let as a vehicle workshop.

The additional four units are of various sizes and offer open storage with additional portakabin accommodation if required. There is ample parking available on the site.

Rentals start at £1 per sq ft and are available on a long or short term basis.
