Stour Valley Estates has clocked up more than 35 years of working in the East Kent area and is still very much a family business.

At the helm is Tony Skelton fully supported by the rest of his family and in particular his two sons Simon and Timothy. “We have worked hard together to build up a reputation for providing quality accommodation in a range of locations in town, out of town centres and in the countryside.

To do this Stour Valley Estates has a full-time design, construction and project management team in place with an excellent track record for delivering quality, cost effective premises on time.

“Because we are one of the few companies to have speculatively developed commercial business space in the recent past we can quickly respond to business needs in terms of providing accommodation for small and large organisations on flexible long and short rental terms.

“We pride ourselves on building excellent, long standing relationships with our occupiers and as we manage all our properties ourselves we are proud of the fact that we know all our tenants personally,” added Tony.
