History

Stour Valley Business Park was purchased in 1982 and at the time, had been used as a concrete manufacturing plant.

Development at the Business Park soon commenced and has continued to provide the ideal location for Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Trade Counter businesses serving East and Mid Kent.

Stour Valley Business Park has enabled various successful businesses to relocate just outside Canterbury. The Business Park is only 5 minutes from Canterbury City Centre and on the main A28 between Ashford and Canterbury with links to the A2 to London and Dover.

The Business Park has ample free parking and its location is proving extremely popular to visitors, especially to East Kent Audi car showroom, Oak Motors, Wyevale Garden Centre, Pilgrims Hospice Shop and the USA Hand Car Wash and others (see Site Plan).

Current

Construction of Industrial and Trade Counter Units and a small volume for New and Used Car Showroom has been granted planning permission, the size of which is flexible to tenant requirements.
